As always, no PBP in the thread. If you need that try one of the game cast sites. Keep discussion to this series. If it is not about this series it goes somewhere else. 9-18 Fernando Abad, LHP vs. Kyle Lohse, RHP 7:15 on FSH 9-19 Lucas Harrell, RHP vs. Lance Lynn, RHP 7:15 on FSH 9-20 Bud Norris, RHP vs. Jaime Garcia, LHP 12:45 on FSH
I wish Arizona could go on a run. We screwed Philly already. I'm hoping to screw St. Louis, Pittsburgh, & Milwaukee. Because the Astros are playing St. Louis 6 times, I'll take Dodgers over Cards for the 2nd WC.
In the end, id rather leave the NL central with our last impression on them being that we screwed them over rather than we were a pushover and key to their wildcard birth and perhaps further advancement. I have no love for the Dodgers, but giving our NL division rivals one last blow would be sweet.
ESPN Stats & Info @ESPNStatsInfo If the Astros lose tonight, they'd be the 1st team with 100 losses before their 150th game since the 2004 Diamondbacks.
Before this game, as a team we were hitting .133/.200/.248 with the bases loaded. Heck, with 2 & 3rd we are only hitting .167. How is this crap even possible?
I have no idea. Sad and pathetic! Hey, they're still only down a run (today), somehow still hanging around, ha. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p><a href="https://twitter.com/search/%23Astros">#Astros</a> entered today ranked last in the Majors with a .133 average with bases loaded. Next closest was Cleveland at .206.</p>— Brian McTaggart (@brianmctaggart) <a href="https://twitter.com/brianmctaggart/status/248886376890773504" data-datetime="2012-09-20T20:48:30+00:00">September 20, 2012</a></blockquote> <script src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
