This process went very smoothly compared to last year. Was able to do five separate orders in a matter of 15 minutes.
If anyone is having trouble, try using the apple store app if you have a current iphone. Alot of people are getting their orders through with that and the myat&t app.
What browser are you using? I've noticed Apple.com's orders worked better for me on Safari. I used Chrome for att.com Give another browser a try while you're trying on your current browser.

I know with the 4 I believe there was a problem with the store online as well but you could get through and place and order on the Apple Store APP on your iphone. For some reason that went to a different server or something and actually worked. Anyone having trouble should try that. Not sure if it is the same case this time around.
I still want to see one... anybody know when the display units are making it to the B&M Apple stores?
I ordered mine from AT&T site about 7:30 am CST and it said I would receive it by the 21st. I tried to order the phone from Apple Store first but the site was unresponsive to a "Continue" button click when trying to do the upgrade from my current phone option. Apple Store said two weeks. I wonder if I get it in one week or two weeks then. I'm glad I didn't lose sleep doing it at 2 am. Apparently, many got screwed.
I was just about to pull the trigger last night, but for the life of me I couldn't get the damn Sprint site to load so I said, oh well I have a Blackberry Bold for work. Fast-forward to this morning and I have an email from our VPO, we're replacing our Blackberry's with the new iPhone 5s. :grin: I hate BB so I was going to be "2 Phone Guy" - no more (personal) phone bill!
I was going to order one this morning for my moms birthday but it takes 2 weeks to get to my house. I rather just take my chances at the apple store next week.
