Rockets will never get respect until the players show more consistancy

    After watching tonight's Spurs game, I cannot help but see why the Rockets are not well respected around the league as a team seriously contending for a playoff spot. When the Rockets are on, they can contend with the best of them, as we saw in the Lakers game and in many others. However, when our best player has a career game one night and then 2 nights later has possibly his worst NBA outing yet, that kind of takes the wind out of the excitement of the fans. I really hope that the Rockets become a bit more consistant as the season goes on, for as far as I am concerned, We should have beaten the HECK outta the Spurs tonight if we played half as good as we played LAL.

    P.S.: Wut The heck was Mobley thinking taking those shots at the end of the game when he sould have passed the ball to Mo to keep him hot?:mad:

    Every team is entitled to have inconsistent plays. Nobody is perfect. Nets and Mavericks lose to Kings by 30 points. Now, that's really inconsistently terrible.

    Rockets is a very young team. They learn to gel on the fly with two new players Posey and Yao. To expect they immediately have a great chemistry and beating every Western powerhouse is too unrealistic.

    The current 4 streak wins actually has exceeded my wildest expectation. And I'm not gonna be mad if Rockets have 3 streak losses afterwards.
