With the signing of Jermaine Oneal, and the resigning of Austin Croshere, where will Al Harrington get his minutes?

In my opinion, this kid will be a STAR, and the Rockets ought to pursue him. He can swing between the 3 and 4, and is big and fast.

Like you said, he'll be a backup at the 3 and 4 spots. He should play much the same role as Austin Croshere did last year for the Pacers. The Pacers have a very talented young nuclues in Rose, Croshere, O'Neal, Bender, and Harrington. They'll bring Harrington and Bender along slowly, as they are not ready to be NBA starters yet. Very little chance of Indiana dealing him.

Maybe if we offered Bryce Drew AND Wiz, they would give us Big Al

doubt it bob finn, the pacers have already made so many trades this offseason im sure they'll want to see how their current roster will fare.I like harrington though, he has the talent to be a star. He reminds me of antawn jamison.

Al Harrington reminds me of a taller Anthony Mason. He may never be as tough as Mase, but Al can handle the ball and finish like a little man. I would give up Rogers, Drew, and a 1st Rounder for Harrington and scrubs.

Harrington is no Jamison clone. He can shoot from the outside and has better handles than Antawn.

So are you saying that he might be better than Antawn Jamison?

We could trade Kenny Thomas and a 1st round pick to Indiana for Al Harrington.

Who would you rather have, Rashard Lewis and Al Harrington or Bryce Drew and Mirsad Turkcan? Guess we know which two the Rockets picked out of that bunch.

I wouldn't trade Walt Williams for big Al. Walt was doing pretty good towards the end of the season. Al Harrington hasn't even played solid minutes. Suppose he really isn't all that good.

Dear God, please let the Drew plus Wiz for budding superstar crap please stop. If he's a potential star, Drew and Wiz ain't gonna cut it. Sheesh.

Nolen, I was just joking. I guess cause I forgot to put a smilie, some people thought I was serious. There is NO WAY IN HELL the Pacers would trade Harrington for Drew & Wiz.

Rocket River - Ummmm... just watch some non-Rockets games from time to time.

Not that anyone in our organization is even talking about this in any sense, simply because Al's not on the block in any way, but as far as a player, he's pretty impressive. I've seen him play several times.

Bob Rainey - this time you didn't even bother with RealGM. Shame on you.

There are only 2 Rockets who make less than Al Harrington - Langhi & Moochie.

Bryce alone makes a lot more than Harrington. Bryce and a pick will NOT cut it capwise or realistically.

KT is about the only Rocket that fits capwise and I just don't think either team would be excited about this one. Especially 2 weeks before camp.
