    He was a wrestler, but also an MMA fighter before that. He was doing MMA before the UFC took off.

    Not sure I fully believe this "girl." Shamrock is a gigantic dude and former UFC champion. If he punched a 120 lb person 3 times they would look severely messed up. But eh, who knows.
