I had a lucid dream once that i was a bear...First thing i did was go s*** in the woods...then i mauled some campers. Later i realized i was a Grizzly so i set my self on fire. Also I might have had bear sex so it could have also been a wet dream.... not srs I hated those dreams i had when i was a kid where my feet felt like they weighed a million tons and the one where i couldn't stop from floating away into the air...
Write a dream diary, before sleeping try to focus or not think about anything. Sometimes it helps to wake up in the middle of the night, be awake for a few minutes and then sleep again. It works after a while.
just a couple of days ago, i woke up laughing out loud. i don't remember the details, but i think i was playing some game with my wife or something. i started laughing in the dream, then woke up and still laughing. the wife woke up too. it was really weird.

A few days ago I had a dream that I met Lil Wayne and he was really wanting to give me a BJ. I said no and tried to get away and he chased me. And this is serious. It was weird.
The handful of times I managed it, I'd wake up as soon as I try to do something crazy in my dream (like trying to fly)
