The original one has been posted here many times before. This new one uploaded today shows even more of Dream's amazing repertoire.

Hakeem has the greatest post game in NBA history. A couple keys to his game: 1) most of his moves started with his deadly jump hook with his right hand, he would then perform any number of fakes off of the jump hook
    2) his j was money out to 17 feet
    3) ridiculously quick feet
    4) strength to hold his position in the post and seal off defenders
    5) good post entry passers (mostly bc he made their job easier)
    6) unreal athleticism

    - there will never be another Dream!

Prime Olajuwon would make every center in today's era cry including Dwight. Dwight can't even hold a candle to him.

    Thanks.
This was back in the day when Rocket fans weren't drooling over 2nd round players who play overseas.

the video quality of that last one looked like it came from a vhs copied over about 1000 times. lol

there will never be another like him. That dream shake was deadly. Basically the defender had a better chance of guessing which way he was going to go.

I'd have to say Mchale had a better post game, but in every other facet of the game Hakeem was much better

Insanely disgusting. Also mindblowing how he can move like a guard when facing up from the perimeter.

The reason I am a rocket fan and always will be! IMO most dominate force ever to step on the court. Great video

The basic concept of their post games are the same, fundamental moves off of which multiple counter moves can be performed. The biggest difference was the degree of athleticism those counter moves were performed with. I would take Hakeem's combo of power and grace over Kevin McHale's earth bound fundamentalism any day. But, that's just an opinion.

If you want to solve the superstar problem and them not wanting to come here...hire Kareem to be the head coach fire McHale...I think that would work

Will there ever be another guy who is even in the same ball-park when it comes to post moves?
