does the truth hurt?, your team was **** except for howard and cameron, i know you see that.

btw... i agree the friendly was stupid. see my previous post a few pages back. very stupid, the person who came up with this idea should be fired.

You always show up in these threads to talk trash but when Mexico wins gold at the Olympics (which is a pretty big deal) you've got nothing to say about it. You've either got some obsession with hating the US team, or you're just an internet troll trying to stir **** up.

i've said it before but i'll say it again since you are borderline r****ded.

it sucks but i think we played well and were just unlucky. meanwhile your team was **** but had a bit of luck.

that's football, it happens. on the other hand i'm extremely happy and relieved that this happened during a friendly and not a game that counts.

Hahaha. But do you get why this is hilarious? You have to come in here with a 'yeah we lost but you guys played like ****!'.

I'm glad the USMNT haunted your dreams last night.

I did check that thread, for some reason you didn't have much to say about the gold medal.

Oddly enough, you did have quite a few posts in the Olympic qualifying thread about the US team.

I root for both teams but when they play its always USMNT because they are the underdog and for friendly competition with my peeps that are Mexico die hards. Now that ex-Dynamo player Cameron is playing, I feel much better rooting for em.

Beating down these trolls? You're the one fabricating an argument that any one of us US fans said anything positive about how they played.

The Mexicans are too busy taking the loss like little brats - as evidenced by the way they attacked US supporters after the match, throwing crap at them & necessitating a police escort out for US fans - and by posts such as yours.

I have never seen or experienced a more classless group of soccer fans than those of Mexico's national team. I was at the Rose Bowl the last time the teams played, and these jackasses were raining bottles on the US supporters section after not just our goals, but their own.

    Animals.

When the cubs or braves come to town and their fans come out of the woodwork, you mean to tell me that Astros fans throw bags of urine at them?

Who the heck cares about a friendly? This game was only important to the US team because they've never won in Mexico. They won congrats move on. I'm sure the Mexican team is losing sleep over it.

Seriously?? The Mexican fans take it to a whole different level. Bags of urine and ****, throwing bottles, threatening families, physical attacks.....should I go on?? The only fanbase that comes even CLOSE to the level of r****dation that Mexican fans stoop to are Raiders fans, and a lot of times, the two go hand in hand.

You're right that every team/sport has a few drunken idiots who yell and berate fans of other teams. Occasionally one or a few might go nuts and physically attack. With Mexico though it is not just a few drunken die hards. It's endemic. It wasn't one or two or even 10 that were chunking bottles at the Rose Bowl and at Azteca. It was throughout the entire stadium.

You just answered your own question as to who cares. Americans do, b/c it was a first.

And as far as the Mexican team losing sleep over it - you don't think they'll forever remember that they were the ones that allowed Mexico's shutout to end at home?

Lots of passive aggressive posting by Mexico fans...

really? people have been stabbed outside sports stadiums in the US (baseball and football) that isnt worse than what they did, but again those "fans" doesnt represent other fans, that accept the defeat, I wouldnt do that.
Soccer "fans" that fight in the stands are classless, but you can find them everyhwere.
