Dirty Stuff................................................... ......... Did any of you notice the amount of dirty play that is going on near and under the basket. Its mainly directed at Yao Ming and its not being called. He is being hit,scratched, held down,tied-up, pushed, josseled and knocked to the floor. How long can the Rockets Organisation go, without making a complaint?
It's not a bad thing. Yao needs to go through all these to become stronger and tougher. Plus It's just regular season.
i did notice it but what has to happen is Yao is going to have to be like Cuttino Mobley and become less civilized. Yao needs to watch some tapes of Bill Lambier and itch his crotch and spit on the court like he doesnt give damn. This isnt the euro league, if Yao matches his opponnents intensity the refs will give him the calls.
That's what Shaq gets every night, what Hakeem, Ewing, DRob used to get every night. Just wait until Yao gets upper body strength and push back. In the trenches under the rim, every thing and anything is fair game. I remember one playoff between Knicks and Heat where they showed a replay of Zo and Ewing under the rim, elbows lock and were almost wrestling, no whistle, no foul, just good old fashion big men basketball.
I know yao will be the man in this league¡AI know yao will be the superstar ,maybe top5 C. But who could tell me when yao get 20/10 night in and night out?
