I used to think it's between the Clippers and the Knicks. Now I really can't decide. Want to see what you guys think.

    1. Minnesota (been horrible for a longer period of time)
    2. Charlotte
    3. Washington
    4. Orlando
    5. Sacramento
    6. Toronto

Golden State has just had bad luck and a lack of chemistry, but they have a knack for drafting good players and acquiring the right FA or players in trades.

If we are going to make arguments about small-market teams being competitive, please do not use these dysfunctional teams as an example to prove point. Stick with San Antonio, Portland, Indiana, Utah, or OKC.

Knicks easily. But as long as Hennigan is GM of the Magic, they are a close second imo.

    Clippers.

Dolan may be incompetent, but Sterling is human cancer. I would never be a fan of a team with an owner like him.
