Expect a lot bull**** flopping from Argentina like the game a few days ago between the two. Sadly, we're most likely going to have to go through an additional flopping team also in Spain for the gold medal.

When it comes to medal count per country, does winning gold in a team sport count as 1 gold or however many is on that team?
damn nbcsports network and/or uverse. for some reason, the 3rd and 4th games were scheduled as one 4 hour program on the guide yesterday when i set the recording. i guess overnight they switched it to two 2 hour programs (like it should be) and only recorded the first 2 hour programs. luckily i set it to record an hour longer so i got most of the 1st half up to 54-38. apparently kobe finally decided to make a shot in the 2nd half after the most horrible start ever coming right on the heels of being 4 of his last 21 coming into the game. it was nice to see team USA get some calls (in the part i watched) but damn some of these ref crews just can't stop blowing the whistle. australia seemed to get called for a foul every 20 seconds and even team USA had 7 or 8 fouls in the 1st quarter. at some point, just stop calling every little thing. i think chandler already has 2 fouls. he's like duncan from 2004. everything he does is a foul.
In the NBA, I hate Kobe and dislike Lebron. But in the Olympics, pretty awesome to have Lebron, Durant, Kobe and even Melo on our team. Really respect Argentina though--great, great team. Whole>sum(parts)
Carmelo Anthony sucks !!! he has been lucky so far because his shot has been falling , but he is a ball hog POS. Coach K needs to not play his sorry ass and play James Harden more.
Can someone answer this for me, do Basketball have trials just like every other competition in the Olympics?? How do you join U.S Men's baskeball team??? Who picks you??? Does it go by statistics/vote getters/ popularity contest, what exactly???? If you're going to be on an Olympic Team shouldn't there be some kind of trials/try-out to see who makes the team???
How long have you been following basketball NBA players get picked by USA basketball, the organization. The trial is your career/season.
Great start so far. Also, inb4 Kobe nuthuggers choke on his balls over his hot start. They're nowhere to be found when he's jacking up bricks.
