    Mine aren't impressive. Probably the best thing I ever did was get three consecutive tackles for loss in 8th grade while playing OLB, one of them being a sack. I was so damn proud of this when it happened because I always sucked at football.

    And I had a couple 40+ point games in boys basketball leagues back before everyone else started getting more athletic. Now I'm very limited on the court.

    I guess since I grew up a Rockets, Oilers and Stros fan I seem to remember epic defeats more than I do great accomplishments. ;)

    Off the top of my head I came in fifth once at US Nationals, have beaten two Singaporean National Team members (says much more about them than me), and held my own against a Japanese Collegiate champion for about a minute until his coach told him to "wake up and put this guy away" all of those in Judo. Knocked a guy out in an MMA fight. Once ran a 5K under 16 min.. When I was 13 I once blocked a guy who went on to play in the NBA. I also out drank an Irish guy.

    won 1st place in a Ping Pong State Tournament when I was in 7th or 8th grade..

    This monk at my temple use to come to my apartment every day during summer at 7 o' clock in the morning and wake me up to train me.

    Some days i would be so tired and didn't want to get up but i am glad i did because when I held that trophy and won that prize money, it was the greatest feeling in my life by far..

    400M = 1:05
    800M = 2:15
    1M = 5:00
    2M = 11min and something (came at the 2 min mark of a 5k)
    5K = 21:20
    12k = 54-something

    All came during my junior year of HS. Ran cross country. Played tennis instead of track (should have done track instead). I went from couch to doing all those in a span of less than 4 months. I should have focused on running for years, probably could have been a good distance runner.

    Bowled a 255 in the YABA GA State championship (unfortunately during team competition).

    Birdies on 2 out of final 3 holes (The first 2 of my life).

    Ran the table in a game of 9-ball playing entirely behind my back (was trying to handicap myself against a girl). I also hit the most amazing shot I've ever seen to win a game of 9-ball, but nobody was there to even see that one. My friend was in the bathroom and I decided to try an impossible shot, for the heck of it, and made it. I had to set it back up when he didn't believe me, and couldn't pull it off a second time.

    Other than that, not so much. I've had good moments playing pickup games and stuff, but nothing that stands out to me as something I accomplished.

    Juicystream...runs 400M in 1:05, 800M in 2:15...but needs 5minutes for 1M and 11 for 2M. Something doesn't work well for you on short tracks, huh? Is it the pressure?

    *bad joke, I know*

    In 7th grade football I once hit the opposing teams running back and made him do a front flip. Coach was so excited and asked me if I can do that in every play; it never happened again :(. Another time I dropped 48 points in a church league basketball game. My sophomore year I placed 15th out of 50 in the district cross country meet.

    What is wrong with 5 min for a mile? a mile is 1600m. This just means he have endurance able to maintain a good speed for a long period of time.

    After losing 120 lbs since January of 2011, I ran my second 5k in 23:40 in October and my first half marathon in November in 2 hours and 9 minutes at 41 years old. I am running the Chevron Houston Marathon in January. I just started running in March of 2011.

    Impressive on both counts. My brother just had similar weight loss this year and ran a half marathon, though I don't remember his time. He looks so different.

    We did a 21 day Daniel fast at church, no bread, dairy, sugar, or meat. It taught me that eating healthy foods wasn't bad. When the 21 days were up, we added meats and the other items, but in moderation, also we learned not to eat late. For me, the key was cardio. The things I know now that I wish I new 20 years ago, like eating right and how much I love running.
