    Truth, if Dwama had half a brain, and he really wanted to be a global icon, he'd be begging to join the Rockets.

    so basically the $25 million dollar pays for itself as Lin brings in more international sponsors ala Yao

    Pretty sure that signage revenue stays with the Rockets. Usually any money generated by/in the arena stays with the team. This would include signage (Maxxis), naming rights (Toyota), and in-arena jersey sales.
