    Very easily could have been series MVP as well... He helped show a young Hakeem the moves he'd later find for himself.

    That series was tough to swallow. I absolutely hated that Boston team. Too many things going against the Rockets, inner turmoil with drugs and playing against arguably one of the greatest teams in history.

    My sentiments exactly. I carried a grudge for so long after that series. My hate for the Celts ended maybe like a 2 or 3 years ago.

    You can disagree all you want, but just watching the series objectively, I don't know how you can come to another conclusion. McHale guarded him on the defensive end and Hakeem was on him going the other way. This is one case where looking at the stats accurately reflect what was happening on the court.

    You can YouTube the McHale vs Hakeem match up and it'll give you their plays in succession per game.
