Tracy McGrady finally close to signing with the Chicago Bulls

I like the anonymity of forums and message boards. I get that this is a place where fans can come and chat about the Rockets and basketball in general.

But I don't get this... Why is it that regardless of being a (tinman term) TOF (btw I have NO idea what this means), that if a McGrady post makes it to the board said TOFs have to fend off tinman every freaking time.

What kinda pseudo life do you have that you must track down EVERY single Tracy post and spill your "Tracy sucks" and "Any fan of Tracy sucks" logic for all the boards to see. Sometimes it is entertaining other times it is just exhausting.

I am sure this will get me attacked, and I don't mean to attack tinman as much to point out that damn you sure do have a lotta time on your hands.

Bottom line you don't have to win an MVP to be an MVP type. You yourself has said that only one player can win. And all Rockets fan recall when David Robinson got presented his MVP award in 95 and how Hakeem demonstrated a TRUE MVP Type player. Hakeem didn't win that year (yes you will say "but he won the year before"), but any Rockets fan will say he should have.

This is all to show your flawed logic or not even that... just to get you off this topic.

If the team signs McGrady, who averaged 5.3 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.1 assists in a career-low 16.1 minutes per night last season, it would be the cherry on this horrible offseason sundae.

I was a huge fan of his while he was on the Rockets. He brought excitement and frustration. Just like we had while Franchise was here. Now he's not, so I'm not. I wish him the best though.

Might happen, but there doesn't seem to be any rush on Chicago's part to get it done right now. My guess is they are trying to dump Rip Hamilton first and don't want to eat his contract to do so.

I didn't like the criticism of Derick Rose by your fellow tofs. I find it ironic because if you want tracy to succeed with the bulls (if he actually signs), you want Derick Rose to do well cause he's a winner and MVP and hometown hero.

I love some of the "feuds" (if you wanna call it that) we have around here, sometimes. It's even more hilarious/awkward when someone goes and creates a thread about "this person, or that person (i say this because I've seen threads about more than one person)" in a part of the board that's more inconspicuous and the person the thread is about pops up and it becomes awkward.
