Honestly it just goes to show what most sports reporters are force to do. They are forced to make up news. If they actually asked Howard what he wanted or where he wanted to go they wouldn't have anymore stories.

They want to drag this out for as long as they can so they don't have to go find other stories to write about.

My personal opinion, we are wasting our time and bandwidth talking about DH12. He's not coming and until Morey proves me wrong I won't continue to dwell into these 'source' stories. Orlando has offers and it's up to them to choose one.

    Amico is a joke.

All he has to say is that DMo would be available for trade, so that could be a piece that may push the Magic towards a trade.

The trade offers haven't changed. The Lakers, Cavs, and Rockets won't change what they are offering until they know the Magic have to trade Howard with the deadline near.

And there will be no difference to trade him between now and the end of September. No games are being played.

Only thing the Magic risk is if one of those teams move on.

    Blahhhhh.....this is 10X worse than
"The Decision"-and.....if we get him it's another yr of waiting for his decision.
I believe the signing of Lin was big, I think Morey highly doubted
we'd end up with NY not matching, so when the Camby deal went down...
Morey, said eh let's raise the stakes...Lin was a big piece, so D12, if we get him
great, if we don't, oh well, if DAL. Gets him man I'll be mad, bc we all know
    Hou>>> DAL...n I've lived in both...love DFW but...c'mon LA I get...
Dwight needs to just play ball, after this whole thing

Don't see why they have any more pressure now than they will a month or two from now, or vice versa.

And if one of the team's roster no longer allows many for few in trade or how much money can be taken back and what about Bynum's relationship to LAL and oh, what about Oh!lando's fan base. No, Henny keeps risking more and more, the pressure to wallop a five-run home run grows daily (yawn).

    Wrong scene from that movie.

"I'm tryin', Ringo... I'm tryin' real hard... to trade for Dwight Howard."

True but Howard basically has screwed the trade for Orlando with his talk of not reupping anywhere but Brooklyn. No one is going to bank all their draft picks and promising young players for a one year rental.

That is why they are struggling between the Rockets and Lakers right now, Rockets are the only ones capable offering them multiple draft picks and take on trash, the Lakers plus Cleveland can do so as well but none of the young talent. Morey obviously is holding onto at least two of our more promising rookies and not accepting all the garbage contracts that the Magic want them to deal for.
