Well it doesn't seem like Shaq is taking Yao Ming all too seriously. I just got an email from Tonic, a club on Main Street in downtown Houston, that there will be a "Shaquille O'Neal 3-Peat Party" on Thursday night, Jan 16th. Yes, that's the night before the Rockets game. And yes, Shaq will be in attendance along with some of the other Lakers and even some of the Rockets. Shaq's official DJ "J-Nice" will be performing. It's from 9pm-2am. Somebody go down there and slip something in the Big Pythagorean Theorem's drink....
Hope Shaq doesn't get caught in the road construction downtown and miss the party. He might also wonder why downtown is a ghost town.
Don't always believe that crap. I've seen a bunch of "scheduled to appear" stuff like that and many times they are no shows. Just something to get you in the door.
