I cant believe the nba has 2 rounds. IT should only be 10 picks then the draft should be over. Great logic

Thanks for bumping this. I love this thread!
I think they can all be stars as they have already shown in summer league. Once they get that chemistry going, they are going to be fun to watch.

When I read the title I thought this had to be one of your don't trade for Dwight "ALL of our rookies will be in the Hall of Fame" threads....

So all four of these guys are going to be stars? Some of you guys really need to look up the history of players who play well in the SL and don't amount to anything in the league. I'm not saying I don't have faith in our guys and I do love the rooks but c'mon be real...

I'm not in favor of having four rooks on one roster. Id rather have 2 at most and develop them along with lin and Parsons (if he's still here). If you get Howard or bynum on your team, you do it especially when both of their values are at their lowest. Bynums knees scare me a bit though. We would still be a very young team even with less rookies.

I think three of them will be all-stars. Motiejunas, Lamb and Jones.

When it's hard to tell which player is going to be the best out of the group, thats when you have a good group.
The Rockets struck gold in this and last years draft.

Not this year. I am talking in the future when they have gotten their chemistry down. After they have been together for a season or so.

Current Superstar >>> potential allstar. And that's if they get to that level. Motiejunas and lamb might, but the others likely won't.

Lamb = possibly superstar but great role player at worst. Motiejunas = possible allstar but average player at worst. Jones = possible all star but good role player at worst. White = jury still out.

None of those drafts were on the same level as this years in terms of depth thanks to the lockout. And there's still some very good talent taken from those previous drafts.

I'd take Lamb, Motiejunas, Jones and White up against any pick in this years draft and feel good about it.

Struck Gold? Based off of...? You have 10,000+ posts and I'm still looking for the first one that even hints at basic logic or an understanding of the game.
