God the rockets are going to be the next bandwagon. I know I'm pretty new but a least I was here before Lin. Dragic>Lin all day.
that has nothing to do with the thread.. i don't understand how you can have so much hate for a person that's now one of us.
meh. it's a toss-up. if we're talking about last season, dragic and lin played to about the same level. however, i wouldnt be surprised if one became significantly better than the other.
choose to bump this thread, cause the other was a dumbass bragging how much he made a year anyways, spoke to my rep today. For the STH that put a $250 deposit last season when you renewed your season tickets for this year, like I did, will get "official" offers next week in the mail. She mentioned they literally just got them in the past few days from the league. Also asked if any of the events other than Jam Session will be sold to the public, she said no. No surprise, since that was pretty much what happened in 2006, although it was easy for me to get tickets to the Rookie/Sophmore game in Dallas via Stubhub at close to face value in '10. So to answer everybody's question, your only option is secondary market (Stubhub, Craigslist, eBay) for All Star Saturday, and the All Star game itself. To get tickets for the "Rising Stars" (Rookie/Sophmore) game, you only option is buying the 4 game package they are selling along with the Rising Star game ticket. Hope this answers everybody's question, but wouldn't doubt another new thread about this subject will pop up any day now.....
Got a thing in the mail. $2,500 for an upper bowl seat. Rookie/Soph game. Saturday Night and the All Star Game. Maybe even a parking pass.
I feel priced out of this thing too. Maybe there is something magical about attending the event that isn't carried over by watching it, but all-star weekends tend to be *barely entertaining* on television. But shhhh....don't tell anyone, more commerce and exposure for the city of Houston is something I'll always support.
