    Seen a lot of vitriol poured Drayton's way (and rightly so) for the horrible end to his tenure, to state it mildly. Question I have for you Astros fans: who do you have more venom for, Drayton or Selig? (For my answer, see the sig)

    Get real though MSN. The only person to blame for having the worst baseball team in the modern era of baseball is on Finger pistols McLane.

    Be thankful this isn't European soccer or the Astros would be relegated to the minor leagues. They sure as hell deserve it.

    At least tickets would be cheaper. Ridiculous how expensive an Astros ticket is compared to a Braves ticket.

    Soccer? I thought we were talking sports? (I kid, I kid!!)

    Seriously though: I know many don't feel this way, but AL "baseball" sucks hard. Especially the DH. And it has alienated me a bit to have my beloved NL team switched to the junior circuit against all of our wishes. And also for folks to pretend our 50 years of NL history don't matter just because we're not as storied as the Dodgers,etc.

    Uncle Drayton deserves his share of venom.

    The level he deserves is far, far less than my hate of Bud Selig. I wish 100 Narakas on that piece of scum.

    Please don't use the Braves as a model. They need to do anything they can to get fans. I've gotten day-of-game tickets (walk-up) to the playoffs against them. And they can't even sell everything out when they're in the playoff hunt

    Compared to the Astros attendance?

    The difference is in the aftermarket for tickets. Braves tickets are widely available at much lower than marked cost. The Astros? Not so much.
