So the Miami Heat don't exist any more? Westbrook is going to TORCH nash during the playoffs. Heat>Thunder>L.A.

Actually, Kobe is a post player. He'll be fine in that offense. But, it really doesn't sound like a good fit for Nash. I doubt he came to LA to be a cutter/jump shooter. I honestly thought they brought him there to run his stuff.

Exactly what I thought. Nash will have a bigger adjustment than Kobe.

Nash will guard Sefolosha while Kobe will guard Westbrook
Its only trouble when Westbrook, Harden, and Durant all play at the same time, but that's usually only for short stints.

Terrible offense for Nash. Jesus, really? They already squandered a chance to get something out of Gary Payton and now they're headed on a path towards making the same mistake? Steve Nash knows more about running an offense than Eddie Jordan. Hopefully they give Nash the keys to the car, they don't need a former MVP standing around taking jumpers all game. They went out of their way to take the ball out of Nash's hands - lol.

I guess Rick forgot to mention that he sorta knows that offense during his interview.

This could change things. The lakers played so much iso this year that this offense would be more efficient and leave Kobe fresher in the fourth. Yikes!

The best defense is a good offense. How are they going to deal with Nash, Kobe, Artest, Bynum, Gasol defensively?

Kobe is effective in going for the back door, I understand.

mmmmmmm, yeah, I understand. And that turned out to be true last season. I picked them all season. They underperformed in the end. Couldn't get the offense straightened out. Everything else was there. Now enter Nash. Sorry, if everybody stays healthy on the Lakers, OKC is going to have to improve to get past them again.

By running them out of the gym, same as last year. Their biggest weakness last year was lack of athleticism, and they haven't addressed that really at all.

Not sure that offense can coexist with a defensive head coach. It takes time to learn, and Brown's going to want to spend a lot of time on defense, just like a JVG would. This sounds like Bryant and/or the front office taking control away from the head coach. Should have hired the guy that knows how to run that offense along with a good defense, Richard Adelman.

Kings were a top 10 defense 4 years in a row.
