Good win over Cs, but the next five games are brutal:

PHX: .632 winning %, won 7 of last 10, Amare is STAT
Lake Show: also 7 of last 10, plus Fu has something to prove (obviously). I think the fortune cookie going to get smashed in this one.
    @SA .622 %, tough at home
@ Dallas .861%, 9 of their last 10, plus a new frenchie, plus instant karma for y'all flaming that 15-year old … yikes

Detroit, .686 winning percentage, tough D, Wallace could grab 30 caroms with the way the Rocks shoot.

So, while presently tied with Utah, it could be a tough road to ho'. Utah's next five are vs. Denver, Seattle, Cleveland, Jersey, and the Clipps, all but Denver at home. What do you think their respective records will be?

I like the schedule a lot.

Rockets play better against good teams :D

It's been proven once against Celtics tonight. Next proof will be Suns.

Focus on 1 opponent at a time, and Rockets will be fine. Rockets has all the tool to beat everyone except perhaps Mavericks because of the karma :D

pshaw, rox will win every single game, just u watch. They always win against winning teams. :D

Rox do need a pull out a win against Phoenix, SA, and Detroit to have much chance of keeping up with the Jazz (damn easier schedule). Lakers look like they're starting to get back into form (DAMN!) and Mavs are f'ing tough (but I think we CAN BEAT THEM!). GO ROX!

OK... I said focus one a game at a time, and Rox will win.

I have several reasons why Rox will win the next game against Suns:

    1. Suns Guard Anfernee Hardaway is injured.
    2. Suns Center is also injured. Backup center John Voskuhl is playing and he should be no match to Yao.
    3. Suns is playing back-to-back tonight against Spurs and tomorrow against us. We have 1 day rest.
    4. It's hosted at Compaq Center, where we have 15-5 or something like that winning record.

We're gonna WIN this one, but to be conservative I'd say
    Rockets 93
    Suns 90

On the Suns game tomorrow, if the Suns's starting center is out, it's not going to be pretty for the Sun's.

Amare is getting all the pub but I think Eddie will have something to prove against him.

And if Hardaway is out then they are really in trouble since it's a 2nd of a back-to-back and San Antonio is no calkwalk.

    I hope it's triple overtime and Sun's lose :)

I like to stack the odds in our favor.

the important game this week is against the lakers.

sure, a win is a win. but one on national tv brings a lot more fans and a lot more people saying positive things about us.

    also, yao vs. shaq.

if yao does well and we win people will stop all the critisism of yao for being voted into the all-star game by votes from china.
