I dont recall where i read this, but Greg Oden is likely to take this season off as well and rehab his knees and strengthen them up. I think this would be a great idea for Greg Oden. Going through as many surgeries he's already had, it would be in his best interest (and the Rockets) to stay off the court.

No use to tie up space on our roster for a guy who won't be playing at all this season. If he's healthy after the all-star break, i'd make a run at him at that point.

Seriously? He's an undersized shooting guard who shot 40% from the field last year. I don't see the attraction; especially with Lamb on the roster.

We need a back up center, so I would guess Fesenko or Oden. Oden makes sense, based on Morey's "right deal" comment, and the fact that we are going for high upside right now. Obviously this is very dependent on Howard.

Rush might work, if he will take a 2 year contract with the 2nd year non-guarenteed.

Id rather have Jodie Meeks than Gary Forbes. Hell, Jodie Meeks is just a better version of Gary Forbes.

I say either Fesenko or Oden because they fill a position of need. Oden is a beast when he is healthy.

Tankalicious. Any more tinkering is just improving the team. We won't stand for it around here.

Google suggests that E'Twaun Moore, Jon Leuer and Jerome Jordan were the ones waived.

I'd take a flier on Greg Oden.

Although he'll never be the same athlete as he was before, he still has great hands, good footwork, can establish deep post position, and his 9'4 standing reach hasn't gone any where.

I wouldn't mind grabbing Oden if he is interested. If anything either he signs for cheap, or we pay him but with a 1 year contract which means no risk either way.
