How do you blow up the boat for Don Salvatore in the first level? I got my bomb put in by 8-ball(don't know who or what that is), but I don't know where to put it.
salvatore told me to go get a bomb fixed in my car by 8-ball. Once I got the bomb, it told me to enable it by pressing circle. That's all I know. It doesn't give me any dots to tell me where to put it. Maybe I can shoot the car with a rocket or something to trigger it off. The only time the car blows up is when I got back in it.
You seem to be mixing up a couple levels almost IIRC (it's been a while). On one mission you plant a car bomb by stealing a guy's car and taking it to 8-Ball's, then putting it back in the same place with no damage. On the ship bombing one you just snipe and 8-Ball plants it. On that one you should (as I did it anyway) climb up onto the roof of one of the warehouses across from the ship and use the scope to get an idea for where all the guards are. Then, starting from the bottom of the rampway, pick off all the guards (remember to use the exploding red barrels if needed) and cover 'Ball, since he can only take a few shots before going down. He runs into the ship, ship go boom, hard mission over.
how do you pick up 8-ball? I guess I was just getting the car rigged again instead of picking him up. I want to be a made guy!
Well this all sounds strange. What you need to do is press whatever it tells you to (depending on what system you have). But the problem sounds simple enough. You do need to make it back to the same parking spot with NO DAMAGE to the car. If you've already figured that out, I don't know what to tell you.
Also, by the docks, there's an adrenaline pill. It's among those temporary buildings to the right when you enter the docks. Use it before climbing the building and sniping. It makes it a whole lot easier.
I did it, but now I'm switching teams. I was hoping I'd be a made guy, but whatever. This is kind of like a movie because I don't know what's going to happen next.
