I watched the Nuggets game today. PATHETIC. How can we end up relying on free throws against a third class team? During the third quarter I kinda felt sorry for the Nuggets. They were getting demolished. And then a horrible fourth quarter curse fell upon the Rockets. A 20-4 run by Nuggets. Why? Rockets turned to ISO with Francis, Mobley and Norris. We only had 3 out of 21 assist in the last 10 min. What the hell happened to the new Motion Offense that so many of you were raving about before the season??
Somebody hit the pause button on the motion control during the Atlanta game and touched the slow motion button for the Denver game. Maybe the Rocket controller will finally hit the fast forward button and leave it there.
the GUARDS decided that since they have 24 secs to make a shot, if they wait/dribble/hold onto the ball for 22secs then a shot will appear for THEM. please note the word "them" rather than someone else on the team.
It seems the Rockets like to go isolation in the 4th quarter. Why??? It is terrible. And why play Francis, Mobley, and Norris together in the 4th with iso's on every posession? Isn't that what we did last year which led to 28 wins? I know Yao and Rice were hurt, but you have Cato and Posey that can fill in for them down the stretch. The 3 guard lineup is TERRIBLE for defense!!! Why does Rudy not think defensively?
