The number one reason we won't settle for Bynum is Les Alexander. His last 2 public statements have included comments about him wanting STAR POWER in Houston to attract other stars. He's not dumb, he sees the trend in today's NBA. He wants to secure a star that will bring in more stars. Bynum is not a star, and Les knows the odds of someone choosing to play with Dwight are significantly higher than with Bynum.

They would if they had space to sign them. You have to plan correctly to form a super team. BK is an idiot. He could have had Howard but he's a terrible GM. Morey has a very good chance, if he gets Howard this year, to land Paul next year.

CP3 requested a trade there last year. Either way, your argument isn't with me. I'm not saying Les is correct, I'm just reminding everyone what Les thinks. If you think it's wrong write him a letter.

If not, I could see Morey trying to sign Harden tbh.

Its Time to drink the prune juice!Lets do a 4-way,we throw some picks and Martin,PPat,Morris,(Douglas,Brockman,Johnson, as fillers) and we get Gasollet LA and Cleveland fight over the diva.If the Kid in Orlando don't wanna play just walk away and let him keep his problem child. Its time we began building our own team, the longer you play a losing hand the more you lose.we are bidding against our-selfs.Whats this crap the Magic want someone to give them what we offered.Should just tell the kid to decide by the time we get decision from Bull's or we walk,he's admitted as much that we have best offer on the table.

Before I duck out again, a Dwight Howard note: the Magic, I'm told, are hopeful that they can pull the trigger on a deal by early August (although I certainly couldn't tell you which one it might be). That being said, new GM Rob Hennigan - who I had the pleasure of meeting for the first time in Vegas - is proving to be very prudent in this process, meaning those hopes won't be realized if the deal simply isn't up to his standard's. The Magic's coaching search continues, too, and I'd be surprised at this point if the job doesn't ultimately go to San Antonio's Jacque Vaughn (though that's informed opinion, not reporting any imminent hiring).

If they are, they can wait until Hell freezes over, for all I care. Morey would be crazy to include him in a deal. He's a rare talent, in my opinion. You keep guys like him when you're talking rental. I don't care who the rental is.

    Maybe Terrence Jones?

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but I think the Rockets have signed Terrence Jones. Just look under his name, he already has a 2012-2013 listed salary.

Also if you look him up on the espn nba trade machine it say's he's restriction end's on August 9th.

I believe that was a mistake on ESPN's part.
