May not happen. They need the Rockets help to get the trade done, and if we don't want Bynum, then "suck it, Lakers" is an appropriate sentiment here. Also, they're already a big three: Nash, Kobe, and Gasol. It would be a big four.
Holy ****... man you're right. Three hall of famers and one all-star. Still don't think they can beat Miami but they'll beat everyone in the West...
Especially if Ibaka or Harden leave. Worst part is, when Nash and Kobe retire, they can build around Howard. No other team except maybe Dallas can pay the amount of lux taxes the Buss can and will.
Lakers almost always their way, don't worry. Plus, and I can't believe I'm saying this, there's few places Howard can go. Luckily, Lakers don't have cap for a FA signing.
They keep Gasol too. It's a big 4. Gasol is highly underrated because he's soft, but he's one of the best pf's in the league.
It's a constant struggle for me in choosing who to hate more, the Lakers or Heat. Right now it's Heat because of Wade. Not sure if that'll be the case IF the Lakers land Howard.
He just runs into people and expects fouls like Tony Parker. Luckily the NBA wanted Durant in the Finals so it didn't work for the Spurs this year. It was great when Wade used this to beat Dallas but still garbage.
If they did manage to put out a team like that, it will definately give Heat a run of their money, with the heat 2 weakest position is played against Nash and Dwight.
I wonder if there is any trade scenario where they trade both Bynum and Gasol... Probably would have to get a 4th team in there
3 peat Lakers vs possible 2012 Lakers who do you think would win?? Im sure the 3 peat Fakers would win but it might be pretty close
