    Maybe if we get Dwight, we are contending, and we have no other options. Otherwise I'd rather let Machado attempt to become an NBA backup and compete with Tony Douglas for minutes (we didn't cut Douglas did we?).

    What's so bad about West besides him supposedly getting it on with Lebron's mom? Dude is probably a bit loony but he is infinitely better than TD and Fortson.

    On the one chance in several hundred thousand that Dwight Howard wears Rockets' red, West makes sense. There has to be SOME veteran leadership. (Apologies to Keven Martin).

    Otherwise, West is in reality a SG who can play PG. And w/o DH...the PT would be better served in finding/developing other talent.
