It ROCKS!!!! I LOVE it. I just wish it's longer than 25 seconds Chance is gonna be a millionaire someday with his CD.
I quite enjoyed it. It made me want to get my groove on in a most ribald manner. Seriously, very cool, and I'm looking forward to the full version.
It's better than the drums. Then again that's not saying much. But I think the full version will be real sweet.
It sounds good so far Chance. With you being a songwriter with the song in progress,I guess the best compliment you could get is that...I want to hear the rest...and I do...so hurry up and let us have it!
Thanks guys but I disagree about the drums. They fill a void at the games. The Rockets HAD to do something other than have the PA music and pedictable-ness. I think they are great. Imagine if you were them at the beginning of the season. They Drum like hell and wait for a 'HOUSTON' chant that never arrived. But their enthusiasm remained high. I am not ass kissing the Rockets by saying I like the guys. There are plenty of theings about the games that I don't like or am sick. of. I think Turbo is old news. Chance
You tease. I knew I shouldn't of listen to it because I hate tiny little, bits of songs. It gets in my head and I'm forced to start making up the rest cause I don't know where it is going to go. Great song clip Chance. Can't wait for the full song. About the drums, I wouldn't mind them played sporadically throughout the game. But that players entrance is pretty lame. It just doesn't get the adrenaline flowing.
Chance - Sounds sweet so far. Out of curiosity, does the "Get up, Get on Up" part repeat later in the song with higher intensity. The song sounds superfly, but I think the tempo would need to be a little faster for it to be like an intro song - where people actually get up, when the song says get up. Anyways, when will we get to hear the rest?
I have a Compaq Center PA music question... why do they play stuff when we have the ball?? Like, "if your happy and you know it" and other wacky stuff? Wouldn't that be distracting to OUR team? Wouldn't we want to play stupid stuff when the OTHER team has the ball?

Hey it gets my 2 year old son going. As a matter of fact he has own set of drums he got for Christmas and thats all he does all day. Beat Beat, Houston, Beat, Beat, Rockets. I couldnt believe he picked that up at such a young age.
Ok let me just say that song stinks, Really it does, ok well maybe it is pretty cool but I just had to say something different than everyone else. Once again you have come up with a gem chance. CK
I have several favorites. My favorite sports song we did is probable Superlumber Jack Man. If it wasn't a sports song it would ROCK! My other fav's are Taco Bell, Buck Futter, and This is a Song. Only This is a song is on the CD because of wordy dirds. Yeah the get up gets crazy. The whole bridge centers around Get up. About the tempo we plan to keep it the same but introduce more musical components to "busy" the song and pick it up. I, too, hope people get up when they hear it. Ask Tim! Dude, mark my words. If this thing takes off I SWEAR TO MY HOLY FATHER ABOVE I WILL HOOK UP CLUTCH!!!!!. I know. It blows. As a song -- really good stuff man!! As a song about the Rockets -- really good stuff man!! As a Rockets song -- ehhhhh. Should be a lot faster, something to get the blood pumping. But then again, maybe you weren't looking to make an "in-your-face-get-the-fat-ass-Houston-fans-off-their-ass-and-go-nuts" Rockets song. A song like that should have a hip-hop/dance flavor to it. Great work though!
Something really incredible...are you referring to the Rockets dominating Shaq's Lakers......or something else.
