But I'm confused...Shouldn't Yao have 10,000,000 votes by now?? It's clear that there is a conspiracy against him...
Ok guys, Cat is less than 2000 votes both Stockton and Parker. We can not let him lose to these two. Clutchcity.net can make the difference. Who is with me.
Thing is, Yao is leading in not just internet ballots but in PAPER BALLOTS that cannot be cast anywhere outside of an NBA game! No one in China is casting those.
from Jeff: Thing is, Yao is leading in not just internet ballots but in PAPER BALLOTS that cannot be cast anywhere outside of an NBA game! No one in China is casting those. but a lot of Chinese American voted for Yao in PAPER BALLOTS.
And a lot of American American are voting for Shaq! And I am sure there are more American American than Chinese American. The thing is, Yao is more likable and people, yellow white or black, are voting for him.
I think Yao is benefiting from all those that are not voting for their team's center because they know he won't win, i.e. they vote for Yao instead of Shaq just because they are against Shaq: Clips, Phoenix, Utah, Portland, GS, Memphis, etc.
And your point is? Regardless if the voters are Chinese American or Native American, Yao would be winning if the NBA only allowed paper ballots and not just because of the billions in China.
What the hell are you talking about, canoner2002? American Americans???? You are talking about the Azteks and Cherokees? I don't think they will vote Shaq more than they vote Ming. Get a life, you racism-minded loser. How the hell can you distinquish Chinese Americans from American Americans. I am OK with the term White Americans (it should be European Americans to be politically correct) and African Americans, but to use the word American Americans to allienate minorities is just plainly racist. Stop smoking cracks.
Yao Ming is only 1,000 votes below McGrady, it would be great to see Yao catch him and be #3 overall in the league in votes! Keep Voting! Chris
