    cmellon: "And Mobley too."

I voted for Cat along with Steve, Yao, Tim and KG. I was tempted to vote for Elton Brand and Dirk Nowitzki, but saw on the NBA Stats Efficiency section that Garnett and Duncan were first and third.

BTW anyone see the last issue of Hoop with the article about Cat's campaign to win your vote? (I think it was Hoop. It may still be on newsstands.)

Yes, but you'll need 4 separate Internet connected computers to do it with.

I've voted 3 times in a day, once. It works.

I was just kidding! You really didnot know how to vote 1000 times a day in a single PC, did you? The only thing you need is removing the cookies. check out other threads about allstar voting to see how.

The cookie is done on the client side. I'm sure the NBA does server-side checking as well to reject duplicate IPs.

IMO, you're just wasting your time.

    FrancisFan: "What was his campaign?"

You recall Cat hired a publicist this summer? The article was about that and Cat's belief that he's plying at an all-star level. It was presented as if he were applying for a job, complete with a resume. Goal: To make the all-star game. Qualifications: 20 PPG, etc. It talked about how he has gone from a second round pick to one of the league's most dangerous scorers and how much he has improved his D.

Well, with 3 days left, Yao and Steve are a lock to start the All Star game....

All we can do is increase their stats, get Yao to 3rd overall vote getter, and Steve in the top 10. Oh, we could also get Mobley ahead of Stockton and Parker.

no, they'll just log the IP from which the connection is coming (if you know tcp/ip then you know this isn't something you can just "hide", otherwise the other computer would send the data to the wrong computer), nothing you can do will hide that, it will just get the IP of the router, only thing you can really do is hope to force a dhcp renew that will give you a diferent IP than before, I guarantee they don't actually ask the computer what the IP address is, if they do then they're ****ing r****ded and deserve to have people shaft the voting.
