Why? They traded for Darren Collison yesterday. Signing Sessions to a multi-year deal would impact their pipedream of a CP3/Howard FA summer next year.
Now I believe the sign and trade of the Pacers with the Bobcats, Hansbrough for Augustin, will happen
Sure looks like Augustin will be gone now. Rockets a possibility for him? Probably looking for too many years, I suppose. I like Sessions, but not sure I like Sessions on the Bobcats. I mean, Kemba isn't very good, but don't you at least want him to get to play more than 15MPG? I read Haywood might be next for the Bobcats. MJ sure loves his UNC guys.
Yep, gotta believe that's the next move set to happen. The Bobcats are doing some interesting things. MKG, Sessions, Hansbrough.....not a terrible off-season for them, even though Sessions will probably not be a great signing in a year or two.
Howard/CP3 dream was never feasible in the first place. At least not when they amnestied Heywood. The only way that could've happened was amnestying Dirk. Otherwise his $22.7mil salary makes any teaming up impossible. If Howard and CP3 wants to play together, then the only city that's not crap(by NBA player standard) is ironically Houston. We can actually make that happen if Orlando doesn't dump too much crap on us in any Howard trade.
lmao what a loser. Went from starting point guard of the Lakers to a backup in the worst team in the history of basketball. Pathetic
What a loser he is. Moving from one NBA team to another whilst making 5+ million a year. I mean, he MUST prefer to be working a 9-5 job like you and I. Surely! SMH...
A couple of weeks ago I said Sessions and the Bobcats would be a perfect match. If they don't sign a couple of more scorers before the season starts, the Bobcats might have the worst offense in NBA history. Ben Gordon, Gerald Henderson, Kemba Walker and Ramon Session would be their most gifted offensive players. I guess you could throw Byron Mullens in there too and MKG will hustle up a few points.
One would think he has had enough of losing throughout his career and that is likely to continue in Charlotte. Although I doubt he minds the money that comes with playing basketball.
Context moron. Compared to other NBA players this was an idiot move. He could've just opted in, give 1 full yr playing next to Kobe and the Lakers and received a huge bump in value. Instead he opted out, got ego checked as NOBODY gave him a large offer within the 1st week of Free Agency and now only took a Half a million dollars raise. He got ego checked and hes scraping the bottom of the barrell and now will be playing backup PG to the worst team in NBA history. Laughable. Embarrasing.
Did Morey reach out to the Bobcats post draft with regards to a Lowry trade? Never heard about it. Sure hope so. Lowry would've been a great PG for Charlotte. His attitude seems to mirror the new coaches and MKG's, and he'd be the best PG they ever had.
