    Bayless is a legit backup PG which is something Memphis needs.

    Memphis needs a legit point guard period. Conley has to be the worst starting pg in the NBA considering his draft position, salary, and overall value.

    sounds like mike conley either kicked your dog or stole your girlfriend. i think he's a great defensive PG, especially at creating turn overs. he is an above average passer, runs the offense well, and gets everyone involved. he could be a better shooter but he's by no means a liability on offense. i honestly don't see what makes him so bad, except if he kicked your dog or stole your girlfriend, then i'd just call him an a**hole and totally be on your side.

    PG's like Conley are more than enough to win titles with. It's extremely rare that an elite point guard even gets to the finals much less wins the title in this era. Conley brings defense and limits mistakes. That's what you want when you have a decent supporting cast.
