If you ask me KG is overrated. Let's be honest, the only reason KG ever got out of the first round of the playoffs before the big 3, was because of Sam Cassell.

Dude had 7 years of first round exits, 2 years he was swept out of the playoffs, 3 more years he won just 1 game.

What has KG ever done except be a FLASHY player.

It's not just that. The Wolves, and Kahn in particular, have utterly disrespected Love throughout his entire time here - all because as much as McHale sucked as a GM, finding Love is better than anything Kahn has ever done and Kahn knows it. Until he put up that 30-30 game, Kahn and Rambis openly stated that they viewed Love as a teritary player and they didn't give him the max like he wanted.

Kahn basically wants to make it Rubio's team so he can get all the credit for drafting him, and so he's not accomodating Love like he should, and Love's fighting back. That's all there is to it. Kahn should be fired instantly, and some puppet who will do whatever Adelman says should be placed in charge.

If you can't even make the playoffs, you're not a max player. Love needs to stfu. What a puss.

    Your kidding kidding right?

KG might go down as one of the most underrated players in nba history. This kid did EVERYTHING for the timberwolves; and btw, Sam Cassell got hurt in the 2003-2004 playoffs. KG played point (yes POINTGUARD), played SF, played PF, played C. His versatility is unmatched. KG led his team in blocks, steals, points, rebounds for several years in Minny. It was a shame he got stuck on such a ****team.

His passion for the game is unmatched by nearly anybody. If you watch him play, he takes pride in shutting his man down and he is one of the best defensive players of all time. He is an athletic freak who is underlisted at 6'11 that can hit the far out jumper. Even at the tender age of 36, KG still averaged nearly a 20-10 and anchors arguably one of the best defense in the league in Boston. Maybe there was a reason why he is a 14 time all-star and the only player in league history to have over 20,000 points; 10,000 rebounds; 5000 assists, and 1500 blocks and steals. And he is way past those stats. On top of it all, he is an 80% free-throw shooting big man. He has touch.

Kevin Garnett as a big of douche as he was and is on the court played on some REALLY bad T-Wolves team, and to his credit never once cried or demanded to be traded

The Wolves had to convince him to go to Boston( while he was in his prime)

KG along with Dirk, and TD are probably the most loyal superstars that i can think off right now in the 2000's era

i doubt that, honestly. At least the cavs teams were good in the regular season to get a high seed and kill a low seed unlike the wolves. It is hard to win with scrubs; he played every position and guarded every position because his teammates sucked. That is doing everything possible.

He is nothing like a stat player. watch his defense, watch him dominate his matchup, watch him anchor defenses: you can't measure that in stats. And his passion too, don't be a stat geek. He is the complete opposite of a stat player and shoots efficiently.

He knew that BEFORE he signed the extension. He shouldn't have signed the extension . Secondly, contribute more to winning before you open your big mouth.

    Pure rubbish.

Kevin Love would hope to have a career like KG...offensively. Will never be the defensive presence/force KG once was.

KG will never be Tim Duncan. And KG will never be the defensive presence of Mutumbo and none of them will ever be able to run the break like Barkley did.

And as it happens none of them either will ever be the 3 point shooter or outlet passer Love is.

Kevin Love's talent is on par with all of them players, except Duncan.

Tim duncan can never play defense like KG. Mutombo can't score like KG. Barkley can't be versatile like KG; or play defence. Kevin love is nowhere near KG; just stop embarrassing yourself. NOWHERE, it is an insult to KG and his dominance and passion of the game.
