No, stay young and build around Bynum. I don't think adding those other guys really make you a title contender.

After this trade we could have....

    Douglas/Ish Smith/Machado
    Lamb/Lee or OJ Mayo???
    Parsons/Morris
    Dmo/White
    Bynum/Harrellson

We would have to fix that PG position and find a backup SG. Probably take back that offer sheet to Asik, hope that NYK's don't resign Lin. Amnesty Scola. Waive Brockman, Livingston...bunch of other unguaranteed players i'm missing...

How can anyone complaint about getting Bynum? Sure, his knees are brittle and his attitude is questionable but he is 24, a load on the post and still full of potential. He actually wants to be here, this is definitely ideal.

Well, that may be true but ORL and LAL need us to faciliate the trade...that puts us in more of a power position than the team desperate for a player. If the reports of the NETS offer is true (and the LAL-HOU-ORL are true) then Houston is the only team with assets & picks that ORL wants to facilitate the 3way.

And Houston's best offer was on the table prior to the draft and the Magic screwed up by not taking it. With the Dwight drama ongoing, the Magic need to unload him soon, and because of this, they are getting more desperate and will go for the "best" deal out there...not necessarily the "houston gets r*ped deal" offered from before.

Also, if we are now in effect trading for Bynum, there is NO WAY we give up as much as for dwight..LAL will have to chip in, possibly give up Bynum + Gasol

That's for what a PG look at our roster center and PG are our weakest spots I seriously doubt we go to war with machado and Greg smith as our pg and center we get Bynum then we trade for a pg but I dont know who maybe rondo ok I'm dreaming but hey maybe Boston is trash by the trade deadline I can dream can't I

I dont think we need an all-star type PG at all. I'm still hoping that NY doesn't match Lin's offer. If we have a lineup with Lin, his leadership alone will make this team better. Lin's an unselfish player and I think if any player that Bynum would like playing with, i would think it would be Lin.

If reports are true about Houston being one of Bynum's preferences, i'd rather go after him - even tho he's a knucklehead (see RonRon). I have a hard time believing that Dwight would resign here unless we strike a couple of crazy deals that brings Josh Smith here this year, and then CP3 next year.

Jarrod Rudolph: The rumored Houston, Lakers, Orlando proposal is very real. But that deal will be priority ONLY after talks with Brooklyn are dead.

DMO would be the ideal PF to keep with Bynum since he has quite a bit of range. We wouldn't need a true banger at that position. Terence Jones is another option to keep to give us a defensive front court. Can we even trade DMO now after just signing him?

Lmao-ok homer...bet you loved donte "one 40 pt practice exhibition game" Green as well...get off homer. None of our picks will turn into a Bynum or Howard-tall guys don't grow on trees like undersized PF/SFs and SG-dime a dozen on guys like who we drafted. You build around a dominant superstar, preferably a superstar that can dominate both sides with his size. This is the most important thing you should understand about basketball. Getting attached to players get over it they've done nothing not a damn thing

I just can't believe a gm would take a chance on Lopez after those foot injuries after seeing what that has done to so many big men. Someone tweeted the Orlando doctors were concerned after seeing his medicals, that should be a no go.
