I definitely wouldnt mind Bynum heading here.

I dont want to underestimate the mindset of a young guy who wants to prove himself and show how good he really is awat from Kobe and the Lakers. He mentioned us as one of his FA destinations for a reason. He will want to play here. Guaranteed.

what if he just has to do it, though?

Say there are 2 great houses out there. One is clearly worth $1 million. The other is clearly worth $900k. Everything else that is great is simply not attainable. Anything else attainable is a much inferior product. There MAY be something attainable in the future, but you have no idea if it will be as nice or when. In fact, the universe of houses that are worth at least $900k is VERY limited - less than 30. And most of those are owned by owners not looking to sell.

If the owner of the $900k house wouldn't let it go for any less than $1 million, and you have the cash to spend, don't you go ahead and do it?

i'd rather have the team suck and rebuild then having to watch that turd Bynum.

Sorry, but I don't want the rockets best player to be an inconsistent, immature moron with an attitude problem and knees that already have a few surgeries on them.

Please make this happen!! I dont care how strong it makes LA, I want to be relevant again. Build around him andmake him the number one option like he wants. I dont see why any Rockets fan would be against this.

I agree but that is a team with a 3-4 year window. I like Bynum but we are that far away for being serious. Once they are done, we can take over if Morey keeps this up.

Those assets were not enough to acquire Howard, so what's your point?

Said it before, forced to say it again, anyone threading something from Hoopsworld should get flogged, repeatedly, from everyone else not posting Hoopsworld dung, until it sinks in to said floggers, that no one should thread Hoopsworld BS. At least on this board.

If the Lakers get to keep Gasol, Bryant, and Nash and add Howard, I'm done.

If we get Bynum, why did we dumb Dragic and Lowery. Is this just another way to rebuild, but stay competitive. Without a trade, I felt like we finally had some direction, if we end up with Bynum, I'm not sure what the next move is on building a champion. I don't want to just be competitive for a playoff spot, I want us to be championship contenders.
