    For all of you hoping to combine the non-guaranteed contracts... You have to wait 90 days to add recently acquired players in trades with multiple players.

    Plus, I am pretty sure some of these non-guaranteed guys have to be cut before Asik and Lin offers become official.

    After the civil war, money printed by the confederacy no longer carried monetary value. In other words, it is monopoly money. Now we can use it in a trade that another team would take back, cut all the players and not pay a dime for.

    He is, but if he wasn't, he wouldn't be included in this deal, and he wouldn't have gone 45th in his draft.

    Agree. I take back the WTH Morey when he made this trade. I liked Camby but I thought this didn't fit the big picture and gave up a 2nd round pick and expirings. Now we get back 2 2nd rounds + a literally free decent pg + unguarnteed contracts that can be pieced together for a future trade or just let go if we can't find a partner. Win-win-win-win. I wonder if this was a go easy on that Lin contract.

    Morey I was wrong. And Camby, good luck and I hope get a ring.

    good for him backing up chandler. Knicks got lucky and we didnt do sign and trade as planned

    He's not in the deal and is a fully unguaranteed contract anyway, ie wouldn't matter.

    I like the S&T

    We are going young and Camby gets to go to a decent team that will be in the playoffs.

    like the assests we got for Camby.

    Harrellsom would be my personal favorite. He is a physical guy and grinds out games. Just plays hard. Not fast or explosive but does what he can and is a good team guy. Doesn't have to have the ball and will still work for rebounds and set guys up even though he is not involved on the offensive end.

    good player off the bench.

    nah - Camby said that when he came here and he has a house here, but c'mon, he doesn't want to play his last 2 - 3 years here while rebuilding, and we're not going to want to pay him $10 mil over the next 2 years b/c that eats into cap space for next summer.

    Ok both centers absolutely suck but Tony Douglas is a point guard we need backup wise. Aaron Brooks starts.
