You all missed the best era...mid-late 60s: Loonie Tunes (Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Foghorn Leghorn, Yosemite Sam, etc..) Heckle and Jeckle Tom and Jerry Yogi Bear Huckleberry Hound Johnny Quest Underdog H R Puffenstuff The Flintstones Pink Panther Snagglepuss Tennessee Tuxedo Super Friends Mr Magoo Rocky and Bullwinkle The Jetsons Droopy Dog Mighty Mouse No wonder I was addicted to tv...It's been downhill ever since.
80's win original transformers, WWF cartoon, thundercats that was it then we went outside and played ball or some sort of king of hill with make ship weapons on tree houses or went "exploring fishing etc..".Crap what memories my kids childhoods suck only orginized political daddy ball
I miss Saturday mornings....wake up, early morning YMCA sports, come home watch boy meets world, wwf sat morning recap on USA and then nickolodeon afternoon shows.....ah to be young again,ah that was 15 years ago damn
The cartoon lineup after school was awesome as well back in the day. The WB had Tiny Toons, followed by Animaniacs, then the Adventures of Batman and Superman. Then you flipped over to Nick, and watched Doug. Good stuff. Also, TMNT, Looney Tunes, and Ghostbusters ruled all. That is all.
Back when I was a kid, I used to watch ABC 13 with Recess, Pepper Ann, Brand Spanking New Doug and Looney Tunes to close it out.
So true and also the era after with all the amazingly weird Sid and Marty Krofft shows. But Young Justice is really good.
WTH? Let me check my age... yeah, I'm almost forty... I shouldn't like what kids today like, last time I checked. It's called growing up, RR, that's why it sucks. Ummm... Tom & Jerry were separate from Looney Tunes... This was ALL I needed to watch: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/obwNWn9PlbQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> And this in the afternoon: [Tom & Jerry]

All my favorites. Man I liked Heckle and Jeckle and Underdog. Jonny Quest was about the coolest Cartoon ever. I also watched Clutch Cargo, which had some of the worst animation ever, but it had good stories.
I remember coming back from school and watch Nick shows like: Doug, Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, Ahh! Real Monsters. and on weekends watching Tiny Toons and Animaniacs and on Nick: Rocko's Modern Life, Legends of the Hidden Temple.
lol, I'd normally agree, but this thread couldn't have been more poorly timed. Though their seasons just ended, the Young Justice, Legend of Korra, Thundercats, Green Lantern block was absolutely killer this year. Almost a SatAM revival of sorts, and Avengers and Tron: Uprising have been pretty good too.
I think what it is . . .is REGULAR TV Almost all of them are on Cable Regular TV sucks . .. i guess should have been the title Even at night it is all Reality TV Rocket River
