Brooks is the best option right now. plus playoff experience is a big plus. but maybe sessions just got overwhelmed with LA. big stage to play at with big names. too much for learning curve.
This is smart, once he heard the Mavs had a second meeting, Morey should call immediately and express interest to drive up the price. I don't expect Sessions to sign here, but I do expect Dallas to pay a little more to get him. Chess. Not checkers.
Grasping at Straws now Daryl......this is our theme song for this off season Hall & Oates - Missed Opportunities 2012-13' Houston Rockets: LET THEM GROW
I'm not a fan of Sessions... as supported by his Laker's performance this year. I'll take Aaron Brooks or quite a few other players that could probably easily be had.
Uh, no, we traded Lowry because of insubordination when he complained to McHale about the offensive sets and publicly asking for a trade because he couldn't play for McHale. On Monday, why don't you go in to work and tell your boss you don't agree with his management plan and to trade you to another company and see what happens.
Job security Ramon? Houston isn't your place. ...yeah, yeah, yeah, heard about Brooks, heard about Sessions, next you'll hear about Randy Foye. If the Rockets cannot bring back Lin, they likely will have to reach out to other free agent point guards, including former Rockets guard Aaron Brooks– Daryl Morey’s first draft pick as Rockets general manager. Randy Foye, who was a draft night acquisition of Rockets coach Kevin McHale as Timberwolves general manager, and Ramon Sessions are also potential targets.
...and teebone21, didn't Lowry get deported out of Memphis beacuse he was disgruntled at playing the numer 2 point guard? Now he got his arse deported to Canada for the same. Seems to be a pattern that other NBA execs are noticing. Thats why I am happy we were able to get a protected lottery for his fat arse. See ya!
Well it's justified if you're boss doesnt know how to do his job and hired a supervisor who's in capable of leading the company. Given the track record of disgruntled employees, I'd say Lowry did the right thing
Thats just ignorant. Unless you want to get fired, which under your argument is exactly what happened to him, he was fired. Deservedly so. I gave Lowry a chance and became a fan until he did the same thing to the ROx as he did to the Grizz. He is dead to me. Next!
He's the best PG available right now. He's better than Brooks because he gets to the free throw line a ton. We oughta see if we can nail him for $8 mil over 3 yearswith team option on year 4. I'm not worried about his Laker playoff performance. Lakers lost because their offense was convoluted in the half court. We would be running with Ramon.
Looks like we have a winner!! He was the starting pg for the team before Manu ended it with his lame D.
Being a regular reader of damnyouautocorrect.com, I wanted to laugh at your typo. However, I'd much rather take a risk with Scott Machado than go for Sessions here. (in before a pun about also acquiring Derrick Favors, Rudy Gay and Kevin Love...sick of that)
What a pathetic offseason this has been. They'd be much better off scouring for undrafted FA types. No sense in paying a proven backup to be your starter.
