phone broke today. looking for inexpensive flip phone or older phone, I JUST WANT IT TO WORK. doesn't need a camera or web capabilities or anything. just a simple phone that will turn on and make calls and texts. looking to not spend over 40.

    thanks

I got a backup phone in case mine breaks at Target for like $25. Just pop in your SIM card.

    Aw.

I was going to say you could get a Palm Pixi plus new and unlocked for $40 but that's the CDMA version.

    GSM(Tmobile) is 70

I'd offer my Nexus One since I don't need it any more, but my mom is being lazy about buying a new phone and is bumming it ever since her G2 broke. :p

Sounds like the phone would be more complex than you want anyway.
