I'm assuming you have inside info given that you've already posted this prior to the knowledge that Lin accepted the verbal offer. And if so, thanks - not enough inside intel on the board lately.

    Doc Rocket's ramblings don't count.

If this is true, and that's a big if, I don't see how anyone can defend Les. I think it's official at that point, and not even the shills will be able to spin it.

Of course NY will match...we have a better shot at Howard than at Lin.

I agree...risky contract for a lesser talent = money grab for .Les. knicks can't match BC it is worse deal for them. but, I wish they would. give me Lowry.

You guys never think about endorsements, etc. Playing in NYK nets him more money than the few more mil we offer.

LOL! Lin and Asik! Maybe. Ok I am a little more excited finally. Not by much. I am waiting for the huge matching day to see if the Knicks and Bulls pull the rug on us but at least its something if you get these guys. Not much but something.

If/when Lin agrees to an offer sheet (which NYK will almost certainly match), it's not going to be broken by First Take. Sheesh, folks. Nothing to see here.

You completely underestimate the shills. They'll just throw it on Dragic.

Lin and Asik will be the modern day Kareem and Magic. You'll see.

Though, Lowry is better than both Dragic and Lin, we need a PG since Lowry will be part of a larger trade. Dragic is better than Lin but with Lin, we will have more eyes on the Rockets. Not a bad move.

Wow you guys are seriously upset about a back-up PG, that we MAY NOT even get.

And sense when did Dragic build us into a winner, sure as hell wasn't at the end of last season.

The overreaction to ANY player that doesn't re-sign or sign with us is seriously getting ridiculous.

So to those idiots that think Rockets offered more to Lin than Dragic your wrong. Rockets offered a similar contract to Dragic, but he declined. Here's my theory why he took a similar offer from Phoenix: He was offended or something by the offer and since nobody was paying him what he wanted he just took Phoenix offer

I'm watching it too and they're really just talking about it being OFFERED. IT'S NOT OFFICIAL YET. HE HAS NOT ACCEPTED YET.
