So this would mean Allen isn't going to Celtics? If he goes to Miami, Camby can't sign apparently, so that helps us in a way, correct?
Well better getting lit up twice a year then four times a year . On another note, I fully believe the Celtics can contend with Miami now if they get the gang back together.
oh look another team making moves… wish we made some moves.. maybe trade scola, kmart and lowry.. crazy talk i know.. and yes i know Morey is trying.. A for effort right?
They want to bring Allen back to start with Terry playing his usual 6th man role. Bradley would likely move to backup PG so they don't have to rely on Dooling there.
Great move by the Celtics...Jason doesnt mind coming off the bench...and is still an effective scorer..good pick up
On the contrary, I hate Marc Stein for this very reason because he is from Dallas. I don't understand why everyone thinks this is a done deal. I think Dallas will likely match the Celtic's offer.
Don't think he really had that much of an issue with the players as much as he had an issue with almost being traded by Ainge. He's probably either going to the Suns/Bulls (if Rip leaves)/Heat. Wherever he goes, I wish he does well.
Ray Allen is an awesome player but he comes off as a crybaby to me. He got mad when A.I. was selected for the all-star game that one year too. I think he takes things too personally. Good signing for the Celtics though.
With Lee now in the fold...what's the minutes distro gonna look like in Boston? PG: rondo (38) bradley (10) SG: terry (28) bradley (10) lee (10) SF: pierce (33) lee (15) Should Avery Bradley get more time? At whose expense? Maybe terry and bradley's minutes will fluctuate based on off/def need for a specific game.. Just thought the group was interesting
Isn't Bradley going to miss some time due to his shoulder surgeries? He might not be up to playing normal minutes for a while.
Bradley is out until January or February IIRC. I'd say: Pierce 34 J.Green 10 Lee 4 Lee 28 Terry 20 Rondo 36 Terrry 12
I would've thought that, too, but Pierce has been at 34 every year. Doesn't show signs of slowing down--not sure why this year would be the year for a drastic cut any more than last
