Ugh please no. I think Lins an interesting player and certainly got skills but the rox already got two pgs who flourished last year. For continuity sake im gonna have to say no to this.

    This.

Lin made for a great story, but as a basketball player? No way I'm offering them both similar contracts.

would be funny if he did sign here i mean

phoenix trades dragic and a 1st round pick for brooks -- then possibly re-signs him at 9 million

houston cuts lin because of the guaranteed contract of johnny flynn only to then re-sign him at a much higher deal as well

but dragic or lowry >>>> Lin

I dont think Lin will accept a backup role anymore

I don't know if Lin is starting PG in this league. Can't go left, suspect jumper, bad defender and most turnover prone player in the NBA. I could argue one of the most turnover prone player in NBA history. He was exposed vs. Heat and didn't play single playoff game.

    Morey's running around in circles.

It's sort of funny at this point.

It's a leverage ploy Clutch. Forcing Dragic to come back to the table. Knicks will match though very angrily.

Dragon and Lowry are better, yes. Lin is solid and a couple years younger. He will get us some NAT TV games. I'd be okay with it.

Great news. Lin has more upside than Lowry and Dragic. His ability to change direction/speed in the lane and draw fouls is superstar like.

I wish we could just bring Gogi back, but it's sounding less and less likely.

Which would put an offer to Lin at around the same as the Asik offer considering Lin is also a RFA I believe?

but his contract will be larger. I've been a huge fan of Dragic ever since I saw him backing up Nash in the playoffs against the Spurs, but Morey doesn't want to kill our cap situation. Guard is an easy position to fill.
