Would rather keep Lowry and sign Gordon. Dragic is too expensive. Don't forget Lowry was playing All-star status before his injury.
to me, it's a sign of good will, but nothing more. It is not going to alter the final outcome one bit, but certainly increases the good will between Houston and Dragic.
Well they brought in Scott Howard's cousin in Teen Wolf Too and you saw first hand how that turned out...... Scott was nowhere to be found and you wound up a wrestler.
We aren't guaranteed to resign Dragic even if the Rockets are ready to guarantee him the starting role and pay him. Until he is resigned, there is always a chance Lowry will come back. There are certainly signs that they would prefer to trade Lowry and keep Dragic at this point with Lowry demanding a trade or coaching change. But that doesn't mean he will get what he wants. Even if you think Dragic is better than Lowry, it's hard to argue that he is so much better that he is worth double Lowry's salary. Lowry was playing at a borderline all star level, so Dragic needs to play at an all star level to be worth the money, or they have to believe that Lowry's play will not return to that level. Dragic had an impressive run as a starter over a shorter period of time. Lowry's production at the start of the year prior to his infection was also incredible. Personally I think they are about even, each with their own strengths and weaknesses, and won't be upset with either one.
He's an NBA 1st Team whiner. Never committed a foul in his life and never ran an offensive possession without being fouled.
Lowry was top 5 in the NBA in assists, and Top 5 in steals before he got injured People are not overrating Lowry, we dont see the need to pay Goran Dragic double( when he is not even better than KLow)
