Rudy is flogging a dead horse! Rice should only play ala Matt Bullard. He isn't the future of our Game so why does he play so much time on the Court? I say give Posey, Morris and Nachbar more playing time at the Small Forward Position! What do you think?........

I think this is a very original idea that has never ever been presented on this bbs before. Thank you.

NBA hierarchy does exist. What do you do with Emmit Smith for example. Same problem. No easy answer unless the player comes forward and says that he would rather come off the bench. By showing loyalty to your veternans you show loyalty to your kids. It builds trust. You just have to be careful that you tell the kids why exactly Glenn is starting even though he's not very productive.

It will be just a matter of 3-6 weeks before Posey starts. He begining to show his D and hustle plays. Glen is a liability on the defense end, but could be fire power off the bench. I believe Glen off the bench will benefit the ROX'S chemistry.
