Why? Because Morey couldn't close a door let alone a deal?

Yeah because Morey never makes a trade or closes a deal right?:rolleyes:

Do you ever make an intelligent post or at least one based on facts? Probably not.

What center would you like to spend 8mil on that would likely accept it?

What if this too is another smokescreen? I can't imagine that of all the centers ranked ahead of Asik on the market, all of them (Hibbert, Lopez, McGee, Hawes) will make over 8M per year for four years. There just aren't that many teams with a need at C plus that much cap space. I could see Hawes or McGee coming to Daryl saying, "Hey I'm better than him, give me that contract."

What I think we are doing here is playing the market, seeing if there are any deals for the price which we are going ahead and throwing out there. Another stock market borrowed move I'm sure, which is why I would expect us to try it.

but unlike perkins who just guards around the basket, asik can defend the pick and roll and cover a lot of ground. I'm all in. Ever since 2006, I've felt there is a spy working for the blazers in Rockets management.

Yeah I skeptical too. Pickins are slim bro but 8$mill is a big pill to swallow for a guy that may not beat out Camby.

People love to laugh at and give hell to Memphis, Atlanta, & Indy because they're not going anywhere anytime soon. Locked up with guys, not really going anywhere, good enough to make the playoffs, perhaps win a series, and that's about it.

    I guess that's better than picking 14th at least.

But go on! Let's all go give 'what' more hell and ask 'Can Memphis haz future?' "Bwahaha Memphis u haz no future, u locked up with those guys and are going nowhere!"

Go ahead, lock up these guys that are ok but nothing special. Can Houston haz future?

Anthony Randolph will be cheaper as will Haddadi, Hibbert will be more expensive but worth it.

Blazers made offers with signing bonuses to Millsap and Matthews.

    So yeah, nice team.

    (Dragic), Smith, E.Williams
    Matthews, Barton
    (Batum), Babbitt, S.Williams
    Aldridge, Thomas
    (Asik), (Przybilla/Freeland)
