Demarcus Cousins. Let's make em an offer they can't refuse.

Seriously. I wouldn't hate having Drummond, but we need to understand that he's more like DeAndre Jordan than Dwight. So, if I have a choice, it would be Dwight Howard without a second's hesitation.

Drummond = Thabeet. BUST. BUST. BUST.

If you read the articles, the names are interchangeable. Rockets need A SCORER.
    If they're smart:

    Terrence Ross or Jeremy Lamb.

what? did you watch Drummond play?

he might bust...that happens...but a Thabeet comparison? aside from being a big man from UConn, I don't see that at all.

He's still eighteen. He's your typical man child, massive potential, yet massive risk. I'd select Meyers before Drummond, but I'd be happy with either one. Morey knows that a five is the hardest (outside a super star) type of player to acquire, so I feel confident that by the end of the day, we're going to have either Dwight, Drummond, Meyers, Zeller,

    or Fab Melo.

MKG. Guy can absolutely be the 2nd best player on a contender. As usual, the closer the draft gets the more fans (of all teams) start dreaming of the #12 pick who is going to be all NBA...it just doesn't happen much.

I know you said one name, but if we can draft Leonard, and bring in Andre Iguodala and Josh Smith via trade I would be ok

Drummond for sure. It's not every day you find an 18 year old 7 footer with his physical tools.

I like it, might switch PJIII and Ross but it's good nonetheless.

I feel like centers are too risky to take in the draft based on raw athleticism. It's really not all about that, really. You have to be quick, know how to use position, and have good footwork to become the next; Dwight, Yao, Shaq, Hakeem.... which is hard to do.........

That being said I'd take Dwight still, we know what he has and we don't have to wait 4-5 years for his game to develop. If we manage to nab him I honestly believe Deron Williams won't be far behind and we positioned ourselves nicely cap-wise (and asset-wise) to make that happen. Basically a 2-for-1.

Nothing unmotivates a kid with motivation issues like millions of dollars.

    No to Drummond

I like Ross and Robinson and Royce White

two safe picks and a crazy guy...
