Wouldn't it be funny if the Rockets traded Parsons on draft night

I remember one draft where Bud was at the party there were all of the rumors going around that he was going to get traded that night. As much as I would have hated to see him go (at the time he was playing well) it would have been funny to see his facial reaction as they announced him getting traded.

 

Lol I was at the draft party last year and it wasn't exactly the same but you should have seen Pattersons reaction that night when we drafted Morris, he was not happy haha you could tell he thought he was about to be traded

 

I don't see them trading Parsons, every team needs a good swingman defender and Parsons has shown he has real promise in that role.....plus his offense was actually coming around late last season.

I could be wrong, but I just dont see them hurrying to push him out the door. Especially since Chase is now gone.

 

He's the only player that could be the draft party guest because he's the only player that is safe from being traded.

 

The only player I really, really want back on our team, hope he stays.

 

I think Parsons is as close to untouchable as it gets with Morey, which is ironic considering he was a 2nd round pick just a year ago.

But say we got Howard and wanted to go hard after Deron or someone else in free agency, we're going to need Parsons' and his cheap contract to stay here so that we don't have a bare bones roster.

I am looking forward to Dragic, Parsons and Donuts all on the court doing big things for our Rockets' future.

 

I imagine they'd take him out of the room and tell him instead of humiliating him.
