    Austin Rivers at 13 (Phoenix)

    Dion Waiters at 11 (Portland)

    Toronto's pick is still too much in play. Detroit doesn't need either. Ditto N.O.

    Milwaukee has ball-hog Monta Ellis.

    Phoenix was the one that gave the promised to Waiters. I think it's the Bucks or Blazers. I would bet on the Bucks. Sure they need a big, but with Jennings saying he wants to "check his options" they prob. want some insurance just in case Jennings leaves.

    Austin Rivers is a legit fit for Houston, the reason being is Houston needs a go to guy. Austin Rivers has always played as a go to guy. He wants the spot light. He wants to be a star. He can actually be one
