    Guys,

After the way we lost the last 3 games, it is evident that we have some major chemistry issues. Do you feel that the problem is that Rudy has an inadequate game plan or that players simply do not wish to follow or are incapable of following his directions?

    The problem lies with:

    1. Rudy
    2. Players
    3. Both

I voted for the players. This is based on the Glen Rice quote that someone had posted which essentially said that we did not do anything in our game plan.

Hard for me to believe that Rudy can be so clueless. The guy is one of the best coaches of all time and has lead us to 2 championships. I am pretty sure that he wanted his players to pass and cut more and pound it down low.

A coach is the chief of command. If his guys are not following his plan, he's not doing his job right. Yes, the players should take part of the blame. But they're not the source of the problem; Rudy is. He either failed to put up an effective game plan or did not do enough to make his guys execute his plan. You can find the equivalence in any corporation. When a CEO fails to make the company profitable and it loses money year after year, he either gets his arse fired or steps down.
